Member firms are well established companies with a minimum of two years of experience in outplacement. Currently there are more than 75 companies are ACF-North America members, which represents a large portion of the firms in the outplacement industry.
It is important to unite our voices and increase our influence with lobbying efforts that can influence political decisions impacting our industry and the services we offer.
In the United States and Canada, members are organized under the umbrella of the North America where members are informed directly via the ACF- North America President or the appointed Board of Directors.

As the outplacement and coaching industry continues to evolve, so do the tools needed to best serve our clients in an ever demanding marketplace. ACF-North America invests in strategic online marketing to stay ahead of the competition and to help their members increase their online presence to benefit their clients. Members underwrite the code of conduct and ethics and adhere to the ACF Bylaws.
